Venner is a Scandi-influenced, independent shop stocking beautifully designed and responsibly sourced gifts and homewares. We (Lucie & Tiff) set up Venner in 2017 on Francis Road in Leyton, a short walk from our homes.

Working directly with our suppliers, all of them small independent businesses too, we've filled our small shop with irresistible objects that are practical or decorative, often both.

From locally made ceramics to beautiful wooden boards and utensils, everything in Venner has been chosen because it's been designed and created with consideration for people and the planet.

With a focus on natural, recycled and recyclable materials; when a potential new addition to our selection is discovered we always ask questions about where it's made and who has made it, working only with suppliers who know that the people in their supply chain have been treated fairly.

Whether you're looking for gorgeous, long lasting pieces for home styling or a thoughtful gift, we'd wholeheartedly recommend Venner! We are biased of course, but we have created a shop that we want to shop in, everything on our shelves is something we'd like to buy for ourselves or give as gifts.

We're open every day and we have an online shop too at www.venner-store.co.uk. Online orders are packed plastic free and if you'd like to send a present directly to someone we'll wrap it in tissue with paper ribbon and hand write your message.
