Since moving from London's west side to the east end a couple of years ago, Mauro and Rosaria's Fiore Truck (translating as 'flower' truck) has been cookin' up classic cuisine outta Italia. Though more locally known as the 'pasta truck' as pasta and burrata their streetfood staples, they also serve up Fiore Truck twists on iconic Italian dishes with mouth-melters such as arancino, pappardelle and amarettomisu all firm favourites with the Forest Gate faithful.

After initially setting up shop temporarily at the Hartley Hotel on Romford Road and then Woodgrange Market, a chance collaboration with The Cider House brought them to their spiritual home down the Avenue Road Arches last year where, with their charm and warmth, further friendships formed and business blossomed.

Mauro and Rosaria are now very excited to announce that Fiore Truck will be a permanent foodie fixture down the burgeoning Avenue Road Arches station strip as they're moving into Arch 429:
